Caner Bach Lodge began as more than just a holiday cottage — it was our dream to create a peaceful retreat where people could truly slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

 

When we found this little farmhouse tucked into the hills of South Wales, we instantly knew it was a place worth sharing. Since opening our doors in 2017, we’ve welcomed guests from all over, each one discovering the charm of our cosy cottage and the beauty of the countryside that surrounds it.

 

Life today can feel busy and overwhelming, and that’s why Caner Bach Lodge was created — to offer a haven for those who need a break. Whether you come to walk the rolling hills, cycle through scenic routes, or simply curl up by the fire, our hope is that you’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

 

We’ve carefully blended the character of the old Barn/Smokehouse with modern comforts, so you’ll feel both the warmth of tradition and the ease of today’s living. And because we live on a small farm, you’re always welcome to say hello to our friendly pygmy goats Charlie, Jinny, Pandora, Molly the sheep, or even collect fresh eggs during your stay.
